Isolate, concentrate or hydrolysed whey: which should I buy?

Concentrate is the everyday choice. Isolate is filtered further, so it has less fat, carbs and lactose, which suits people with a sensitive stomach or on a cut. Hydrolysed whey is pre-digested for faster absorption.

How can I make unflavoured raw whey taste better?

Blend it with milk, a banana or some peanut butter, or stir it into curd or oats. It also mixes into cold coffee without changing the taste much.

How many servings of whey do I need a day?

It depends on how much protein you already get from food. Most people use one serving after training and treat whey as a top-up, not a meal replacement.

How can I check a whey tub is genuine?

Make sure the seal is intact, the expiry matches what is shown on the product page, and verify the scratch code on the brand's website where one is provided. Read our authenticity guarantee for more.
